KCIS - THE BESPOKE INVENTORY COMPANY

A recent article in The Evening Standard by their Accidental Landlord bemoaned the fact that most inventory companies were rubbish. Victoria Whitlock wrote about basic spelling mistakes and clerks claiming to test items without having done so and receiving a well below average service. KCIS are different and we measure our achievement by our clients continuously choosing and recommending us.


KCIS was created to fill a need in the market for a bespoke inventory service. We offer an independent, impartial and professional inventory service to private landlords, Estate and Letting Agents. We pride ourselves in taking into account our clients needs and can adapt our inventories to their individual specifications.
